Yesterday our Colts had the fantastic opportunity to speak with Mari, a Nutritionist at Albion in the Community, and Brighton & Hove Albion FC.
During the very engaging conversation, our Colts worked with Mari to learn about what good nutrition looks like, how to make good choices, and create good habits. They also learned about what a Brighton & Hove Albion Footballer eats and drinks during a training day, a matchday, and a recovery day – and how this helps the player stay at the peak of their performance.
