We are pleased to announce that we have immediate openings for Players currently in School Year 5 (U10) to join us in preparation for next season. We are proud to say that this is both as a result of Player development within the club and as the team grows in number to prepare for the transition from 7 aside to 9 aside football next season. In preparation for next season, we are looking for an additional 4 to 5 Players to join us for training and to play in friendly games in readiness for the new season in September. In September, the team will progress from 7 aside Mini-Soccer League Football (currently playing in the Crawley Youth League) to 9 aside Youth League Football, moving from 3G to grass as of September. Currently, for the rest of this season and throughout the off-season, training sessions are held on Saturday mornings at Oriel High School on the all-weather pitches. The team is coached and managed by two very experienced and encouraging FA Level 1 Coaches who both have played themselves to a good standard. For more information or to arrange to join a training session please get in touch via our Facebook page or by email to cdo@mcfc1998.com

SHOUT OUT to our U11 Black Team. Coach Gareth said: “Really impressive 2nd half performance from the U11 Black Team on Saturday. Behind at half time but they didn’t drop their heads, never gave up, and showed great tenacity and resilience to finish strongly with 5 2nd-half goals to get the win!”Fantastic job Colts.
