OFFICIAL CLUB PARTERSHIP WITH YOUTH SPORT NUTRITION
YSN works with young athletes to provide nutritional education, relevant to their sport and age. YSN is currently providing in-house SENr Nutritionists to support the youth set-ups of professional clubs such as QPR Community Trust, Peterborough United FC Academy, Morecombe FC Academy, alongside supporting 40+ sporting organisations such as colleges, private schools, and sports clubs.
As part of this official partnership, our Players will receive tailored nutrition workshops throughout the year, ongoing email support from a YSN Lead Nutritionist (SENr & ANutr), discounted YSN products and educational services, free access to the YSN Nutrition Management App in order to make better food choices, monthly newsletters and all students will be invited to become ambassadors for YSN.
Maidenbower Colts FC’s Club Development Officer, Richie Coleman commented: “We’re really excited to announce Youth Sport Nutrition as our official club nutrition partner for 2022. Nutrition plays such an important role in young people’s physical development, not just where football is concerned, but in life in general. In deciding upon a club nutrition partner it was vital that we found an organisation that can deliver great and engaging educational content whilst providing ongoing support to help our Players make and maintain good healthy habits for life. The expertise that YSN holds will be invaluable to our club community. This is a significant, ongoing investment by the club and one we hope demonstrates our continued commitment to the well-being of our amazing community of Players”
Ben Jefferson, YSN Company Director commented: “Youth Sport Nutrition is pleased to partner with Maidenbower Colts FC. Speaking on behalf of the entire team at YSN, we are delighted to be working with such a forward-thinking grassroots football club. We are looking forward to supporting and educating the clubs’ talented young Players, committed parents, and dedicated Coaches.”
Parents/Guardians will receive a message via Spond shortly detailing the benefits their child will be able to access and the dates of the first series of workshops, starting late January 2022.
