The Committee and Coaching staff at Maidenbower Colts FC are committed to ensuring that our youth players are afforded every opportunity to develop during their time with the club, achieved mainly through the positive engagement of sport.

We are therefore pleased to offer a number of on and off-pitch initiatives to help provide our young people with the necessary experiences which they can apply to great benefit later in life and to help them follow and their chosen path.

For 2025/2026, we will be offering the following opportunities:

Support for players wishing to transition into coaching roles within the club (qualifications, mentoring, and placements).

Support for players wishing to transition into refereeing roles (qualifications and the opportunity for supervised refereeing at Colts fixtures).

Engagement with local professional clubs including Careers in Football Workshops and careers visits.

Life skills workshops supported by external organisations.
