National Volunteers Week – Thank You.
As part of National Volunteers Week, we want to shine a light on the incredible people who make Maidenbower Colts FC what it is.
We’re extremely lucky to have such a dedicated group of volunteers – from our coaches who plan and run training sessions, who manage every thing from match-days to tournaments, to our brilliant committee members who organise kit, book training facilities, manage leagues and registrations, insurances, safeguarding and keep everything running smoothly and legally behind the scenes.
Our volunteers give up so much of their time, both on and off the pitch, and their impact goes far beyond football. Through their passion, commitment and support, they help shape the confidence, character and development of our young players in so many positive ways.
Quite simply, grassroots clubs like ours wouldn’t be able to operate without volunteers. They are the backbone of what we do – and we are truly grateful for each and every one of them.
