For the 2025/2026 season, Maidenbower Colts will be introducing card payments and Direct Debits for subscription fees, with GoCardless as our official payment provider.
Monthly Subscription Payments
For monthly payments, a Direct Debit will be set up at the time of paying your child’s registration fee. This Direct Debit will:
Begin in September 2025
Runs for 12 monthly payments, from September 2025 to August 2026
You will be notified via email once your direct debit has been set up, along with details of your payment schedule. If you are eligible for any discounts — such as sibling or coaching discounts — these will be applied when setting up your direct debit.
Please note: The annual subscription fee covers the playing season only, which runs from September to April. To support families, the Club offers the option to spread the cost over 12 monthly installments. However, if your child leaves the Club after the season ends in April, the full annual subscription will still be payable.
If you currently pay via a standing order, please ensure that it is cancelled after your final August 2025 payment to avoid any overpayments.
