Coach Darren said:
“We’re all very sad to see Bruno go, but we’re also so proud of him for reasons why. We gave him a good send off at training this week and everyone signed his match shirt and a card. Bruno very kindly supplied us all with a fantastic bounty of doughnuts after training.
Bruno’s ambition is to become a Vet and in readiness for University he has to do as much volunteering work as possible. With him giving up football it will free up his time to follow his dream.
It has been a real pleasure and a privilege to coach and get to know Bruno for nearly a decade.
Not only is he an outstanding player and one we shall all miss, he is also a fantastic young man, exceptionally kind, helpful and supportive of his teammates.
Everyone at Maidenbower Colts FC wishes you all the very best for future”
