Coach Lee said:
“What a great performance from the boys today, they fought hard until the final whistle.
The boys started off on fire with great link up play between the 3 up front and kept this going all of the first half, and getting rewarded for their strong start.
The second half was a bit different, the opposition came out on battling and put our boys under a lot of pressure and it paid off for them, but also our Goalkeeper kept us in the game with some amazing saves. The boys had to adapt themselves to the situation and knuckle down to get back in to the game.
They kept going until a minute before the final whistle there was a series of good passes made and the pressure was put back on the opposition, and the Colts got the result that was deserved.
Every one played their part in the game today and both Steve and I decided to give 2 players a Player of the Match medal 🏅 – Shout out to Logan and Harry”
