Coach Darren said:
“For our last ever league match in the Horsham League, we played a competitive match in which HH needed a draw or win to avoid relegation.
Colts had a squad of 12 for the match, due to injuries. Each of the 12 players gave their all-knowing HH would not stop trying.
Two goals, one in each half, by Stewart gave Colts a comfortable lead. Miles our GK was rarely troubled but when it came to him performing he did us proud, with a penalty save. Plus a one-handed save, which has to be his save of the season.
This squad started off five years ago in the Horsham league E and rose to the A-league last season. I am so proud of all the team and their efforts this season we have held our own and become a very strong team in the A league.
We start a new journey next season in a different league.
Well played team 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻”

Behind at half time but they didn’t drop their heads, never gave up, and showed great tenacity and resilience to finish strongly with 5 2nd-half goals to get the win!”Fantastic job Colts.
